QUESTION: What is a carrier oil?
ANSWER: A carrier oil is a vegetable oil made from plant seeds, kernels or nuts that are used to dilute essential or fragrance oils. They help “carry” essential or fragrance oils safely onto the skin preventing any possible skin irritation, redness or burning that can be caused by undiluted essential or fragrance oils. Almond oil, avocado oil, coconut oil, and grape seed oils are the most commonly used carrier oils.

QUESTION: How do I tighten or loosen my adjustable cord bracelet?
ANSWER: To tighten any of your adjustable cord bracelets, pull on the string ends on each side of the slip knot.  To loosen the bracelet, pull gently on the sides of the bracelet by tugging the loose strings through the slip knot.  There is no need to untie the bracelet to make your adjustments.

QUESTION: How do I clean/care for my jewelry?
ANSWER: Our jewelry is well crafted and if cared for properly can be enjoyed for a long time.  Air pollutants, dust, perspiration, perfumes, and other natural elements can dull the appearance of gemstones or precious metals.  Because of this, it is always good practice to wide down your jewelry with a cotton cloth after wear and upon storing.  To keep your bracelet in the best condition that will last – we recommend keeping it in a dry place when not worn.  You can easily clean your bracelet a number of ways.  The first is to simply wipe off fingerprints of oil with a soft lint free cloth.
